Arturo was very thorough with his inspection and had many different tools to make sure he was able to inspect everything necessary. He was very responsive when I initially got in contact with him and was very flexible with his times. His price was also very reasonable. He contacted me after the home inspection and gave me a quick run down then had the completed inspection to me within 48 hours. Very professional and reliable! I would highly recommend 7 Starts Home Inspections. Arturo was very thorough with his inspection and also very patient when explaining the inspection report with my customers. His use of the thermal imaging device and other high-tech tools was very impressive. He came back out and reinspected at no extra charge the items that my buyers requested the seller to make. He even was willing to reinspect items that were not in his initial inspection report. To me, he provided great customer service and my buyers were very please with his performance.
